The fitness center at the Dolphin Resort is located on the first floor of the West side. (Right next to the lap pool). It is open from 6am-9pm daily. Admission is included with room stay but day rates are also available. Complimentary bottled water and towels are provided. The gym consist of two rooms of cardio, free weights and weight machines. Lockers and showers are available. A co-ed whirl pool is also part of the club. Trainers can be hired upon request.
