Polynesian Resort here I come for The Spirit of Aloha dinner show! I have been looking forward to this for quite some time. Last time I was here at Walt Disney World this show was sold out. I am here at the Polynesian about 30 minutes before my scheduled 5:15pm time. The fountain outside of the Resort immediately sets the mood of the South Pacific.
The sun is up and it’s a new day at WDW. I decide what my agenda will be for the day. I called for an 8:30 am wake up call and I am up early with decisions to make. On my past visits with my partner or friends, I would have been in the gym first thing, had breakfast at Fresh Mediterrean then headed out for the parks. Since it’s just me, I decide to skip the gym and breakfast and get over to Animal Kingdom for opening hour. Bad move? Maybe. When I arrive at Animal Kingdom, there are not many people there.

My first day in Walt Disney World. I begin my ritual of heading to the Magic Kingdom first and riding my favorite attraction The Haunted Mansion.
I walk through the turnstiles. I look up at the clock. It is 2:25pm. I pass under the train station, taking time to look at the posters of some classic attractions.
